Fixed Price Model
Clients that have a budget in mind are recommended to use our "Fixed Price" model. Using our best practice models, we evaluate your exact requirements and create a detailed Scope of Works document outlining detailed specifications of your project. Projects with clearly defined scope, schedule and requirements could be ideal for a fixed price model. Skills and resources are assigned proportionately as demanded by project.
Time and Materials Model
Suitable for clients with an idea which needs much deliberation and input in order to determine a project scope, specifications and resources required. Our time and materials are quoted based on an hourly charge depending on the skill and resources needed, fees are charged in 30 minute increments with all time sheets signed off by both parties. Time Sheets and reports which monitor work done are maintained to control costs and provide visibility. In-house project management and online reporting track the exact number of hours spent with ready access to one and every human resource.
